Hello, I’m Charles Davis, but my friends call me “Chuck.” I’m a lifelong resident of White Oak, and a committed community servant with decades of experience that I now bring to my campaign for State Representative.

I’ve spent nearly my entire life giving back to the community I call home. As a second-generation resident of White Oak, I began my journey in public service over 48 years ago by joining the local Volunteer Fire Company and serving 22 years as Chief. I learned the values of courage, teamwork, and dedication that have guided my work ever since.

My commitment to White Oak led me to serve on the borough’s Planning Commission in the early 2000s, and in 2003, I was honored to be elected to the White Oak Borough Council.

Throughout my time on council, I have:

• Chaired Critical Committees: Including Police, Fire and EMS, Public Works, Health, Environment and Safety, and Planning and Zoning.

• Pioneered Safety Initiatives: I launched our Neighborhood Watch program to help ensure the safety of our residents—a commitment that dates back 16 years when our local Police Department was at risk of disbandment.

• Supported Local Growth: I’ve worked tirelessly to promote business development and enhance community services that keep our borough vibrant and thriving.

My dedication to our community goes beyond public office. I’m a proud supporter of our parks and recreation programs - a passion born from years of volunteering as a coach with the White Oak Athletic Association. As a father to two wonderful daughters, Kristen and Kimberle, I understand firsthand how our local amenities and community programs shape the lives of our families.

I am committed to staying connected with you - my neighbors, friends, and fellow residents. Whether you have questions, concerns, or ideas, I’m always available and eager to listen to your ideas and solutions for our community.

I’m ready to take the next step in serving our community at the state level. My lifelong commitment to safety, growth, and community engagement has prepared me to be a strong, effective State Representative. I believe that our district deserves a leader who not only understands our local challenges but has also worked tirelessly to overcome them.

I am excited to bring my proven track record, open communication, and deep-rooted passion for public service to the Pennsylvania State House, ensuring that every community in House District 35 is fully represented. Together, we can continue to build a safer, more prosperous future for every resident across our entire district.
